How to use it

Do these QR codes expire?
No. They are static QR codes: the content is encoded directly in the image, with no redirect service, so they keep working as long as the link or text itself is valid.
Should I download the QR code as PNG or SVG?
Use PNG for websites, documents and social media. Use SVG for print, such as posters, packaging and signage, because it scales to any size without blurring.
Why won't my QR code scan on a phone?
The most common causes are low contrast, a light code on a dark background, printing too small, or a missing https:// on a link. The generator warns about contrast and inverted colours and runs a phone-camera scan check on every design.
What error correction level should I use?
H (30%) is the default and the most robust for styled codes. Lower levels such as M make the code less dense, which helps when you have long content and must print it small.
Is the QR code generator free?
